Brian Smallwood, Co-Founder
Brian worked for 10 years in New York City as a Technical Director and Production Manager and is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer.
He holds an MFA from Yale School of Drama. He has taught at Arizona State University, The University of Nevada Las Vegas and is currently Associate Professor/ Production Manager at James Madison University.

Who We Are
Matthew Miller, Co-Founder
Matthew has worked 23 years in live entertainment in genres across large, small, & outdoor venues, arenas and found spaces. He's a designer, AEA stage manager, and professor of Design & Production at Temple University (Philadelphia). He's presented at conferences such as USITT, EdTA, and SETC on safety, health & well-being of artists, and management.
He's authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, holds an MFA and M.Ed., and authored an illustrated children's' book about safety titled Means of Egrets.
